Our journey began in 1983 with the establishment of Cartopacks in Kochi by our Chairman, Dr. S. Rajkumar. Over the years, the Sree Kailas Group has grown into a diversified business group with a presence in multiple sectors:

Sree Sakthi Paper Mills Ltd. was established in 1991 and later restructured as Cella Space Ltd. in 1995. The company was subsequently listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2007.
Sree Kailas Group in collaboration with leading Private Equity Funds such as Everstone Group and Morgan Stanley, has developed more than 10 million sq. ft. of Grade-A industrial infrastructure across South India.
To date, over 5 million sq. ft. of industrial space has been successfully delivered, with 2 million sq. ft. in progress.
Our clientele includes several leading organizations like Flipcart,reliance, Safe express, nissan renault across industries, reflecting our reputation as a trusted business partner.
